“Frank came in and helped repair water damage in my basement after some flooding resulting from heavy rains. We had 3 inches of standing water across the entire floor and he came in with sump pump to clear the excess water and fans to dry the space afterwards. He was extremely effecient helping during the emergency. After the water was gone, we needed to replace the carpet that was ruined, and he steered us in the direction of tile just in case we flooded again. He even tiled it for us. He is a great handyman. Very communicative and worth the money.”

“Frank came in to help us find out why our toilet wobbled when sat on. Turned out the wax ring was bad and it had seeped water into the floorboards surrounding the toilet. He not only replaced the wax ring but also fixed the mold and the dry-rot around the floorboards surrounding the toilet so that it was safe again to use.

Since he was there he also diagnosed why the flusher wasn’t consistently flushing and he fixed the insides of the flushing mechanism.
